Study to assess the effectiveness and safety of SHR 1316, bevacizumab combined with cisplatin/carboplatin for treatment of triple-negative breast cancer brain metastases.

This clinical trial is for men and women with high-grade gliomas. Glucose (sugar) is thought to be a contributor to tumor growth. The ketogenic diet (a high fat, low carbohydrate diet) and metformin (a drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat type 2 diabetes) are both known to lower blood glucose levels. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the tolerability of a ketogenic diet in conjunction with metformin and whether maintaining and the diet with metformin will have any effect on participants. This is a pilot study that will evaluate disease status in children that have been newly diagnosed high-grade glioma with TRK fusion. The evaluation will occur after 2 cycles of the medication (Larotrectinib) have been given. The study will also evaluate the safety of larotrectinib when given with chemotherapy in your children; as well as the safety larotrectinib when given post-focal radiation therapy.

This study is a multicenter, two-stage clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of utidelone in combination with capecitabine in patients with HER2-negative breast cancer with brain metastases. Patients will be enrolled to receive treatment of utidelone alone or in combination with capecitabine. The objectives both in stage I and stage II are to evaluate the intracranial and systemic efficacy and safety of utdelone plus capecitabine for the treatment of HER2-negative breast cancer patients with brain metastases.
