This is a Phase 1, open-label, first-in-human study of CTX-8371 administered as a monotherapy in patients with metastatic or locally advanced malignancies. The study will be conducted in 2 cohorts: Dose Escalation and Dose Expansion.
This will be a Phase 1, multicenter, open-label trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK and efficacy of ZN-A-1041 as a monotherapy or in combination in patients with HER2-positive advanced solid tumors with or without brain metastases. The study will consist of three phases: Phase 1a (dose escalation with ZN-A-1041 monotherapy), Phase 1b (dose escalation with ZN-A-1041 combination therapy) and Phase 1c (dose expansion with ZN-A-1041 combination therapy).
Neoadjuvant therapy is feasible in stage II melanoma, and the dual inhibition of the distinct LAG-3 and PD-1 checkpoint pathways with relatlimab and nivolumab has a synergistic effect in the tumour microenvironment leading to a pathological response after 2 doses of therapy.
The study will include a dose-escalation and dose-expansion component to establish the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for HX301 in combination with Temozolomide and to evaluate the preliminary antitumor activity of HX301.HX301 is an investigational drug that has not yet been approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authorities for commercial purposes.
This is a Phase 2, randomized two-armed, multi-site study of 170 patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme. Patients will be randomized 1:1 to receive Keto Diet, or Standard Anti-Cancer Diet. All patients will receive standard of care treatment for their glioblastoma. The Keto Diet intervention will be for an 18-week period and conducted by trained research dietitians. Daily ketone and glucose levels will be recorded to monitor Keto Diet adherence. This two-armed randomized multi-site study aims to provide evidence to support the hypothesis that a Keto Diet vs. Standard Anti-Cancer Diet improves overall survival in newly diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme patients who...
Background: Cell therapy is an experimental cancer therapy. It takes young tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (Young TIL) cells from a person s tumors and grows them in a lab. Then they are returned to the person. Researchers think adding the drug pembrolizumab might make the therapy more effective. Objective: To test if adding pembrolizumab to cell therapy is safe and effective to shrink melanoma tumors. Eligibility: People ages 18-72 years with metastatic melanoma OF THE SKIN Design: Participants will be screened with: Physical exam CT, MRI, or PET scans X-rays Heart and lung function tests if indicated Blood and urine tests Before treatment,...
The primary objective is to determine the safety and efficacy of belzupacap sarotalocan (bel-sar) compared to sham control in patients with primary indeterminate lesions (IL) or small choroidal melanoma (CM).
To evaluate the efficacy of Surufatnib combined with Toripalimab compared with FOLFIRI in the treatment of advanced neuroendocrine carcinoma
20 participants are expected to be enrolled for the Phase Ib clinical trial, this trail is expected to be finished in 20 months.
This is a Phase Ib, open-label study to determine the safety and preliminary efficacy of PRJ1-3024 in China subjects with unresectable local advanced or metastatic melanoma
