A Phase I/II Dose Escalation, Safety and Efficacy Study of HBI 0201-ESO TCRT (anti-NY-ESO-1 TCR-Gene Engineered Lymphocytes) Given by Infusion to Patients with NY-ESO-1 -Expressing Metastatic Cancers
This is a phase II, open label, randomised trial of ipilimumab and nivolumab with concurrent intracranial stereotactic radiotherapy versus ipilimumab and nivolumab alone in patients with asymptomatic, untreated melanoma brain metastases.
Patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed advanced melanoma, renal cell carcinoma, NSCLC, HCC (Child Pugh Class A only), MSI-High solid tumors, Urothelial Cancer, GE junction/Gastric Adenocarcinoma, or HNSCC for which current standard of care treatment for their stage of disease would be with Pembrolizumab or Nivolumab monotherapy, who meet eligibility criteria will undergo a biopsy (core or excisional/incisional; FNA not adequate) for baseline tissue. Patients will then be randomized to one of 3 arms: Anti-PD-1 mAb plus Metformin 500mg po BID, Anti-PD-1 mAb alone, Anti-PD-1 mAb plus Rosiglitazone 4mg po qdaily. Five weeks (+/- 7 days) after initiation of therapy a...
The association between microbiota and response to ICI-based therapy reflects the ability of bacterial metabolites to upregulate MHC class I APM component expression and/or function in cancer cells, leading to their elimination by the host's immune system. Thus, the aim of this project is to evaluate the ability of anti PD-1 combined with postbiotic, that here will be a coadjuvant of a standard immunotherapy to upregulate MHC class I APM component expression and/or function in cancer cells compared to anti PD-1 alone in first line advanced melanoma patients.
This is a randomised, double blinded and multiple center , Phase 2 study in patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma. Participants will receive an egg powder enriched for antisecretory factor (AF), Salovum, or a placebo egg powder daily from 2 days before concomitant radio-chemo therapy or chemotherapy until 14 days after finalisation plus during adjuvant chemotherapy. The primary aims of are overall survival at 6 and 12 months after diagnosis
This trial will evaluate the safety and tolerability of a single unilateral administration of one of three dose levels of AAVAnc80-antiVEGF and will evaluate the Akouos delivery device to safely achieve the intended product performance.
APA (adapted physical activity) for patients with advanced melanoma APA (adapted physical activity) for patients with advanced melanoma undergoing treatment: evaluation of a personalized program at the hospital Melanoma is a malignant tumor developed from melanocytes. It accounts for approximately 4% of all incident cancers and 1.2% of cancer deaths, regardless of sex. Since 2011, the advent of new therapies (targeted therapies and immunotherapies) has revolutionized the management of advanced-stage melanoma (unresectable stage III or stage IV). These treatments have led to a significant improvement in the prognosis of metastatic melanoma, with a 5-year overall survival rate...
XCELSIOR is a non-interventional data registry. Information about treatments, treatment decisions and rationale, and patient outcomes including safety and effectiveness of anti-cancer therapy and associated supportive care will be collected for analysis.
This study is a prospective single-center clinical study, which aims to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib combined with temozolomide and oral etoposide in the treatment of recurrent medulloblastoma in children.
Apatinib mesylate may be an effective treatment for recurrent atypical/malignant meningioma. This prospective clinical study is now planned to verify the effectiveness and safety of apatinib mesylate in the treatment of relapsed atypical/malignant meningioma.
