Evaluation of impact of use of 3D ultrasound in brain tumor surgery on extend of resection. Benefit for surgery, neurological outcome, accuracy and image quality are secondary outcome parameters. Control group is a retrospective matched pair cohort.
This study investigates the uptake of the radiopharmaceutical 68-GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 in brain metastasis using PET/CT imaging. Patients with HER2-positive and HER2-negative cancer will be included and the uptake in their lesions will be compared. Optional 68-GaNOTA-Anti-HER2 VHH1 scans may be performed during or after treatment, at time points 12±6 weeks and 24±9 weeks after the first scan.

Measuring levels of specific targets such as Bim and soluble PD-L1 during therapy may help track treatment resistance and clinical outcomes. A multicentre randomised controlled trial (RCT) will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital personalised Melanoma Survivorship Care Plan (SCP) app. A total of hundred-eighty melanoma patients (stage I and II) will be randomised to receive either the SCP Melanoma app or usual care. This study evaluates the association between testosterone levels and risk of dementia and adverse mental health outcomes (e.g. depression and anxiety). It is not known whether low testosterone levels may be associated with an increased risk of dementia. Learning about the association between testosterone levels and risk of dementia may help determine the long-term effects of androgen deprivation therapy and may help improve quality of life.
