A unique approach for cancer treatment employing intratumoral diffusing alpha radiation emitter device for the treatment of recurrent Glioblastoma
This is a noninterventional, observational, long-term follow-up (LTFU) study. Patients in this study will be followed for 5 years from enrollment on this study to assess potential delayed risks of RPx products. Eligible participants for this LTFU study include patients who received at least 1 dose of an RPx product under the interventional parent study. Patients will be rolled over into this LTFU study after completion of the Replimune-sponsored parent study (ie, either completion of the LTFU in the parent study or withdrawal from the parent study). All patients in ongoing RPx studies will be asked to participate in this LTFU study so that the Sponsor can evaluate potential...
The primary objectives of this study are to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of inebilizumab administered in pediatric participants with gMG, and to assess the safety and tolerability of inebilizumab administered in pediatric participants with gMG.
This is a single-center, open, dose-increasing study. For subjects with recurrent glioblastomaIt ,is estimated that about 22 subjects will be enrolled, The main purpose was to evaluate the safety and tolerance of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Variant III Chimeric antigen receptor T(EGFRvIII CAR-T) in the treatment of patients with recurrent glioblastoma. The secondary purpose is to preliminarily evaluate the anti-tumor activity of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Variant III Chimeric antigen receptor T(EGFRvIII CAR-T) in the treatment of patients with recurrent glioblastoma, and preliminarily evaluate the relationship between the clinical efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics...
This study uses a cranial implant to deliver cortical stimulation that, when paired with physiotherapy, will remap the brain so that critical brain functions can be protected during brain tumor surgery. This pilot study will provide initial evidence for the safety and feasibility of such a protocol which will lead to future pivotal trials that could radically change eloquent area brain surgery. For patients with otherwise incompletely resectable brain tumors, this could mean a longer life expectancy and a better quality of life.
Feasibility test and evaluation of a group intervention for caregivers to patients diagnosed with a glioblastoma.
This study was a phase IB, single-center, open-label, two part(part A involved dose reduction, and part B involved cohort expansion) clinical trial evaluating the safety and clinical activity of AK104 or AK112 in combination with axitinib in patients with advanced mucosal melanoma.
The goal of this clinical trial is to understand if a new drug called LNS8801 can safely treat patients with melanoma. The primary question to be answered is what is the average length of time during which melanoma does not grow or spread after starting treatment with LNS8801? Researchers will compare LNS8801 taken alone or LNS8801 taken together with another drug called pembrolizumab to other therapies as decided by the treating doctor. 135 patients will be randomly (like flipping a coin) placed in 3 treatment groups. In the first group (LNS8801 only) - Patients will take 125mg tablet of LNS8801 by mouth once per day every day for up to 2 years. In the second group (LNS8801...
This study is an Open, Single-Arm, Single-Centre Efficacy and Safety Study of MHB088C for Injection in Patients with Advanced Extrapulmonary Neuroendocrine Cancer which cannot undergo surgical resection after failuer of standard treatment with platinum-contained or are unable to receive standard treatment with platinum-contained (including patients who are intolerant to standard treatment, deemed unsuitable for standard treatment by investigators, or refuse to receive standard treatment). Participants will receive MHB088C intravenously at a dose of 2.0 mg/kg every 2 weeks (Q2W) until disease progression, with drawal from the study, or death. During the study period, all...
This is a multi-center, double-blind, 2:1 randomized phase III trial to determine whether the addition of AV-GBM-1, a therapeutic, patient-specific dendritic cell vaccine, to standard therapy increases OS of patients with a recent diagnosis of primary GBM. The intent is to enroll approximately 726 patients for tumor collection to enroll 690 who are eligible for treatment at the time of randomization and who have granted consent for participation. Because of the lack of toxicity, there are no restrictions related to performance status or blood tests at the time of treatment. The key endpoint is OS from date of first injection after RT/TMZ; secondary endpoints are PFS from date of...
