Patient derived cell line (PDC) -based drug screening will be applied to formulate a personalized treatment approach.
The value of 4D body-to-whole dynamic acquisition in FDG PET / CT to differentiate progression / pseudo-progression during the first therapeutic assessment (PET1) of metastatic melanoma treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI)to predict the progression of the disease..
VARTUTRACE is a first-in-human PET/CT molecular imaging study in patients with solid tumors. This study will investigate the biodistribution and pharmacology of two antibody fragments binding oncofetal Chondroitin Sulfate (CS). Oncofetal CS are tumor-specific carbohydrate motifs present in proteoglycans and identified by VAR2 Pharmaceuticals as expressed during fetal development. Oncofetal CS reappears in the vast majority of cancers while remaining largely absent from normal tissues. VAR2 Pharmaceuticals recently developed antibodies specific for oncofetal CS. VARTUTRACE uses two of these as radiolabeled antibody fragments to study biodistribution, tumor accumulation,...
This is a study of PIPE-791, an investigational study drug to treat progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). The purpose of this study is to find out how much of the study drug gets into the brain and lung, and what the side effects and blood levels of the study drug are in healthy volunteers and patients. Participants will: - Take a single dose of the study drug - Give many samples of blood and urine - Have multiple PET scans
This study evaluates pharmacogenomic effects on high-dose methotrexate clearance in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
Multicenter, open-label, non-comparative study to evaluate the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and tolerability of osilodrostat in children and adolescent patients with Cushing's disease.
Prospective, open-label, dose-ranging, uncontrolled phase I/II study of Lurbinectedin in combination with irinotecan. The study will be divided into two stages: a Phase I dose escalation stage and a Phase II expansion stage.
BDTX-1535-101 is an open-label, Phase 1 dose escalation and Phase 2 multiple cohort study designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), optimal dosage, central nervous system (CNS) activity, and antitumor activity of BDTX-1535. The study population comprises adults with either advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with non-classical or acquired epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) resistance (EGFR C797S) mutations with or without CNS disease (in Phase 1 and Phase 2), or glioblastoma (GBM) expressing EGFR alterations (Phase 1 only). All patients will self-administer BDTX-1535 monotherapy by mouth in 21-day cycles. Phase 1 enrollment is now complete....
This research is being done to test a new drug called PEEL-224 in combination with two commercially available drugs, Vincristine and Temozolomide, and to determine how effective this combination of drugs is at treating Ewing Sarcoma (EWS) and Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor (DSRCT), as well as multiple other kinds of sarcomas. The names of the study drugs and biological agents involved in this study are: - PEEL-224 (a type of Topoisomerase 1 inhibitor) - Vincristine (A type of vinca alkaloid) - Temozolomide (A type of alkylating agent) - Pegfilgrastim or Filgrastim (types of Myeloid growth factors)
Phase I open-label trial of 123I-ATT001 monotherapy and in combination with treatment therapies in subjects with relapsed glioblastoma.
