The investigators plan to conduct a stepped wedge randomized control trial to implement and test the consent template and process in three studies. Randomization will occur at the research coordinator/research team level. Each participating research team member will begin in the standard consent arm of the study. Subsequently, they will be randomized to the visual key information page arm at staggered time points to undergo training and begin using the visual key information page with patients who are eligible for the selected research study.
The purpose of this research is to test whether participating in either a physical activity intervention or a series of educational classes will help to preserve exercise capability, heart function, brain-based activities (like memory), and quality of life. The aim of this trial is to test a new potential treatment, skullremodeling surgery (SR-surgery) combined with tumor treating fields (TTFields), for patients with first recurrence of malignant brain tumor (first recurrence of glioblastoma). Glioblastoma is one of the most malignant cancers. TTFields is a new treatment for brain cancer (glioblastoma), which is used in additional to surgery (removal of the tumor), chemotherapy and radiation.
