The objective of the BELGICA trial is to evaluate if radiotherapy could be given in a more focused manner in patients with glioblastoma in order to reduce side effects and improve quality of life. The glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and aggressive tumour originating from the brain, affecting approximately 600 patients per year in Belgium. The treatment consists in surgical resection of the tumour (when feasible), followed by a combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Despite multimodal treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy), the life expectancy of patients with GBM remains limited, with an average survival of 12-18 months and only 5% of patients surviving...
This study is a prospective, multicenter, open-label, single-arm clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of the ZRMT (Zanubrutinib-Rituximab-Methotrexate-Temozolomide) regimen in the treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. This study includes an induction phase for PCNSL ± ASCT and a sequential maintenance phase.
This study is a multicenter, open label phase I dose escalation trial designed to define the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of 177Lu-DOTATATE in children with refractory or recurrent neuroblastoma. 177Lu-DOTATATE will be delivered intravenously for 2 cycles, 6 weeks apart. The duration of study participation of each patient will be 5 months.
This is a Phase 1/2a, open-label, study to evaluate the safety and preliminary efficacy of intratumoral T3011 given alone and in combination with intravenous pembrolizumab in partients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
The incidence rate of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) is increasing year by year. According to the statistical results of the SEER (Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results) database, the incidence rate of pNENs increased from 0.27/100000 to 1/100000 from 2000 to 2016, with a median overall survival time of 68 months. The 5-year overall survival rates of localized, locally advanced, and metastatic pNENs were 83%, 67%, and 28%, respectively. pNENs are gradually gaining attention and importance from the medical community. The existing therapeutic drugs for neuroendocrine tumors include somatostatin analogues, recombinant human interferon injections, chemotherapy drugs,...
This clinical study evaluated the tolerability, safety and preliminary efficacy of T3011 in subjects with advanced melanoma.
The aim of the study BCD-263-1 is to prove the comparability of the pharmacokinetics and similarity of the safety, immunogenicity and pharmacodynamic profiles of BCD-263 and Opdivo following intravenous administration to subjects with advanced unresectable or metastatic melanoma of the skin. The study will have randomized, double-blind design with parallel assignment.
This study is a multicenter, single-arm, open-label Phase II clinical trial evaluating TK216 in combination with vincristine in the treatment of relapsed or refractory Ewing sarcoma (ES) including Ewing's sarcoma family tumors (ESFTs).
Researchers want to learn if V940 with pembrolizumab can stop advanced melanoma from growing or spreading. Melanoma is a type of skin cancer. Advanced means the cancer has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be removed with surgery. A standard (or usual) treatment for advanced melanoma is immunotherapy. Immunotherapy is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. V940 is a study treatment designed to help a person's immune system attack their specific cancer. Pembrolizumab is an immunotherapy. The goal of this study is to learn if people who receive V940 with pembrolizumab live longer without the cancer growing or spreading than people who receive placebo...
20 participants are expected to be enrolled for this open,Single-armed clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the recombinant herpes simplex virus Ⅰ, R130 in patients with advanced solid tumors.
