This single-center, open, single-arm study aim to evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of a therapy introducing orelabrutinib on the basis of rituximab and chemotherapy in treating patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell lymphoma invloving central nervous system.
It is a single arm, multicenter, phase 2 study to explore the efficacy and safety study of OR-MTX chemotherapy（Orelabrutinib, Rituximab and Methotrexate）as first-line regimens in the treatment of newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma. Objective response rate is the primary endpoint.
This is a prospective single arm,multi-center,phase 2 study,and this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Orelabrutinib,Rituximab combined with high-dose Methotrexate(RMO) as first line regimens in the treatments of newly diagnosed primary central nervous system lymphoma(PCNSL).Objective response and complete response are the primary endpoint.
This phase II trial is evaluating the efficacy and side effect of orelabrutinib, sintilimab and temozolomide as possible treatments for relapsed or refractory central nervous system lymphoma.
The goal of this prospective study is to learn about the operative outcomes in patients with pituitary adenoma who receive endoscopic resection. The main question it aims to answer is: • What are the outcomes of patient following endoscopic resection? including visual, hormonal, survival, and functional outcomes. Prospective multicentric study including women aged 18 to 37 and men aged 18 to 45 during their visit to centers for the study and storage of human sperm and eggs (CECOS). The purpose of the study is to develop a caregiver-assisted pain coping skills training program for older adults who have pain and mild to moderate dementia and are living at home with a family caregiver. The investigators are planning to recruit 30 patient-caregiver dyads (60 individuals).
