To provide DFMO in an expanded use setting to subjects with relapsed rare tumors with increased LIN28 expression or MYCN amplification or up regulation of ornithine decarboxylase.
The purpose of this Treatment Plan is to allow access to trametinib and dabrafenib for eligible high-risk BRAF mutation-positive patients in the adjuvant treatment of melanoma after surgical resection. The patient's Treating Physician should follow the suggested treatment guidelines and comply with all local health authority regulations.

The participants are being asked to get this PET scan because the participants have or may have cancer in the central nervous system (head, neck, or spine), and the investigator and the patient's physician thinks that this scan may provide useful information for the participant's treatment. Primary Objective To provide expanded access to L-[11C]methionine as a positron-emitting tracer in children and young adults for the positron emission tomography (PET) imaging of neoplasms of the central nervous system (CNS) and head and neck to guide therapeutic management of disease.
The DAY101-EAP is a multicenter, open-label, expanded access treatment protocol designed to provide access to tovorafenib (DAY101) for eligible patients.
The study is an open-label expanded access study for patients for whom vaccine was manufactured during the Northwest Biotherapeutics' 020221 DCVax-L for GBM screening process, but who subsequently failed to meet specific enrollment criteria. Patients will receive therapy per investigator discretion (standard of care) as well as active vaccine per the 020221 protocol administration schedule. To provide OKN-007 for compassionate use in patients with diffuse midline glioma, H3 K27-altered (DMG), including diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG), pediatric and young adult patients with high-grade diffuse midline glioma will be treated under this Intermediate-sized expanded access treatment protocol.
The objective of this expanded access program is to provide ulixertinib (BVD-523) for compassionate use in advanced cancer patients with MAPK pathway-altered solid tumor(s), including but not limited to KRAS, NRAS, HRAS, BRAF, MEK, and ERK mutations who have incomplete response to or have exhausted available therapies. Ulixertinib is available for treatment as monotherapy or in combination with other clinically tolerable agent(s), conditionally approved by the drug manufacturer.
