This trial is to further study the safety and effectiveness of autologous gp96 treatment of glioblastoma on the basis of preliminary work.
High risk neuroblastoma is an aggressive and often lethal pediatric solid tumor. Survival remains less than 50% and those patients who do survive suffer many treatment-related acute and chronic toxicities. Chemoimmunotherapy using a combination of an anti-GD2 monoclonal antibody (dinutuximab) and different chemotherapy agents in the relapsed/refractory (r/r) neuroblastoma population, has demonstrated the most robust response rates to date, shifting the clinical practice to administer chemoimmunotherapy as a standard treatment for patients with r/r neuroblastoma. The goal of this study is to improve upon GD2 chemoimmunotherapy...
This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of allogenic adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AMSCs) in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back (recurrent) who are undergoing brain surgery (craniotomy). Glioblastoma is the most common and most aggressive form of primary and malignant tumor of the brain. Currently, the standard of care for this disease includes surgical resection, followed by radiation with chemotherapy and tumor treating fields. Despite this aggressive therapy, the survival after finishing treatment remains low and the disease often reoccurs. Unfortunately, the available therapy ...
This is a Phase II study of the combination of All-Trans Retinonic Acid (ATRA) and PD-1 inhibition (Retifanlimab) in patient with recurrent IDH-mutant glioma. The Sponsor-Investigator hypothesizes that the proposed regimen will be safe and stimulate a robust anti-tumor immune response.
This is a prospective, open-label, multi-center, single-arm clinical trial
According to literature reports, about 16.3%-19% of newly diagnosed NSCLC patients are associated with brain metastasis, and 30%-50% of NSCLC patients will develop brain metastasis during the whole course of the disease. Patients with EGFR positive-type had a 10-15% higher risk of brain metastasis than patients with EGFR wild-type. mOS in patients with EGFR positive were twice as high as those with EGFR wild-type, despite the presence of brain metastasis. Improving the control rate of intracranial lesions in patients with EGFR positive can not only improve the quality of life, but also may translate into survival benefits and...
This phase I trial studies the safety of transplantation with a haploidentical donor peripheral blood stem cell graft depleted of TCRαβ+ cells and CD19+ cells in conjunction with the immunomodulating drug, Zoledronate, given in the post-transplant period to treat pediatric patients with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies or high risk solid tumors.
The trial will address safety and tolerability of the combination of the IDH1R132H-specific vaccine with checkpoint blockade and seeks to explore predictive biomarkers for response to checkpoint blockade in post-treatment tumor tissue. The study will enroll 48 evaluable patients (presumably, 60 in total) with IDH1R132H-mutated gliomas with an unfavorable molecular profile (no 1p/19q co-deletion, nuclear ATRX- loss) progressive after radiotherapy and alkylating chemotherapy eligible for re-resection. After diagnosis of recurrent disease on imaging patients will be randomized assigned in a 1:1:2 ratio into three arms. Arm 1 (12 ...
Combined chemoradiation and radiofrequency electromagnetic field treatment for patients with glioblastoma
This is a non-randomized, open-label, multicenter Phase I/II study of AMT-253 in patients with Unresectable or Metastatic Malignant Melanoma and other Advanced Solid Tumors. This study include phase I dose escalation and phase II dose expansion.
